Cancellations:
We now require a 15% deposit fee on all booking made due to cancellations. We ask you give 48 hours notice to your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule. If you fail to make the cancellation deadline, you will have to pay 50% of the total booking. This can be paid via internet banking, over the phone or at your next booking.
Deposit:
All deposits are non-refundable.
No shows:
If you fail to show without giving any notice you will be charged the full treatment price. If this is not paid, I’m afraid another appointment can
not be made in the clinic until the fee plus your appointment to follow is paid for in advance.
Late:
We all can be running late at times, and we will try our best to get you sorted.
If this is the case however, we just want to make you all aware that there is another line of ladies behind who are then affected as well. So, please
make sure you are on time for your appointment.
We hope that this policy does not offend anyone. We really hope that you all know where we are coming from.
We completely understand that something may come up but being self employed and paying wages can be difficult when people think it’s ok to
not show up to their appointment/cancel last minute & pay no fee.
Nobody likes going to work & not getting paid.
